228 – Party Foods

We’re throwing a party! Not really. Actually, we’re going to take a chance double dipping our chip while we talk about party foods!

What hits your plate first? What hits the trash first? Lil Smokies, deviled eggs, creepy jello molds, we’re going to try a little bit of everything.

Get out your crock pot and the brick of Velveeta cheese, it’s time to enjoy some party food! I was going to say hors d’oeuvre’s, but it always looks like I spelled it wrong.

202 – The Snack Food Show

Well, lunch was a couple of hours ago and dinner is still a ways off. What should I do? SNACKS! That’s right, kids, we’re doing a show all about those in between little morsels of happiness.

Sweet to Savory. New choices and old. We are picking up a little bit of everything for this weeks show, while trying to avoid reading the nutritional contents on the side of the packaging.

Our belts may need to be loosened a bit after this show. It’s time for a snack!

We’ve done a lot of food shows, since we started ’40 Going On 14′. All of the various courses have been covered, but there’s one thing we’ve continually failed to miss. Desert!

For this episode, all of us have eaten our fill of everything else and are ready for something sweet. Whether it’s cookies or cakes or pies, oh my!

If you tend to drool over the end of every meal, then it’s time to have your just deserts!
