201 – New Who

What’s that noise? It’s the TARDIS dematerializing again! However, this time the boys from ’40 Going On 14′ are joining the new era of Doctors on the second half of this 2 part ‘Doctor Who’ spectacular!

While none of us may ever be a companion in real life, for the second half of this 2 part event, we’re going to be as close as we’ll ever get. Part 2 contains the 9th through 13th Doctors and beyond. We’re also taking on more pinnacle episodes, the history of the series reboot, along with the new villains and new companions!

It’s going to be fantastic! Allons-y!

200 – Doctor Who Classic

199 – Power Rangers

Ay Yi Yi! It’s the Power Rangers show! The boys have assembled the red, green, blue, yellow, black and pink rangers and we’ve got our Zords, locked and loaded. We’re taking on Rita Repulsa and her Puddies in this Zordon approved episode.

That’s right, it’s the ‘MST3K’ show! We’re spending and evening with Mike, Joel, Tom Servo, Crow, Jonah and the rest of the gang, as we talk about talking during a terrible movie. The ONLY time it’s appropriate.

It’s a scary world we live in. It’s even scarier when you’re nearly killed due to mistaken identity! Luckily, there are other monsters out lurking, that will rescue you and quietly stalk you to ensure that you’re okay at night.

169 – Fullest Houses

What do you get when you cross ‘Three Men and a Baby’ with ‘Eight Is Enough’? You might have something like ‘Full House’! This week, we’re taking a trip back to the 90’s, to witness the beginning of the TGIF phenomenon. The gang’s all here, as we check out some pure, family friendly television.

Fast forward to 2016, as everyone is back and ready to “Cut it out” with ‘Fuller House’! Can a squeaky clean show from another time, still retain it’s wholesomeness in the modern age? You’ll have to listen in to find out!

If you were a child of the 80’s, then you grew up dreaming of piloting one of the 5 Voltron lions. This week, we’re rocketing ourselves into the far universe to defend the universe from King Zarkon and his ro-beasts! We’re talking about the original 1984, classic vs the 2016 Netflix/Dreamworks reboot and everything in between.

If you love giant robots, then this is the show for you! Even Sven gets a little love.

135 – Sherlock Holmes

Who doesn’t love a good mystery? This week, we’re taking on the greatest detective ever: Sherlock Holmes

The only fictional character, who might give Batman a run for his money. We’re hitting all the high points for him and his trusty partner, John Watson. The books, films, video games and even the current sting of television series.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle created something so unique, that it’s lasted from 1887 until modern day and has no signs of slowing down anytime soon. What else can you say that about, except maybe the chickenpox?

It’s elementary, my fellow Sherlockians.

134 – Goosebumps!

What scared you as a kid? Was it evil lawn gnomes, giant blobs, robotic children with on/off switches? Perhaps it was the twisted tales of R.L. Stine? This week, it’s all about ‘Goosebumps’! Not so much the books, but the mid-90’s Canadian television series and how it compares to the 2015 Jack Black film of the same name.

It’s all about the beginning, the middle and the twist ending and Slappy will be on hand to wreak all kinds of havoc too. Take a trip with us, as we head down the young adult horror highway.

We’re staying up ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’ this week and sinking our fangs into this classic hybred of road movie and vampire thriller. Spanning the time between 1996’s original release, up to the current television series on El Ray and Netflix.

130 – The X-Files

If you were alive in the 90’s and watched the Fox network, then you’re familiar with the feeling you can only get from hearing ‘The X-Files’ theme. That haunting whistling, right before you were plunged into a world of mystery, monsters and Mulder.

On this weeks episode, we open up the case files and talk about all things ‘X-Files’. Despite what The Cigararette Smoking Man wants you to believe, this is the episode where we find out the truth that’s out there…. Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny are still really hot.

35 – Friends Coupling!

We all know the escapades of Joey, Ross, Chandler in the Friends TV show, and the rest, but did you know that there was another hip, twenty/thirty-somethings that was out there? Seems that Steven Moffat got together with the BBC in 2000 an decided to make the show Coupling! Absolutely not a rip-off of Friends at all? Well, we’ve watched them both, and in a rare moment of getting in touch with our sensitive sides we look them over and decide which one comes out on top. This week its Friends versus Coupling! Two enter! One remains! Or something like that?
