135 – Sherlock Holmes

Who doesn’t love a good mystery? This week, we’re taking on the greatest detective ever: Sherlock Holmes

The only fictional character, who might give Batman a run for his money. We’re hitting all the high points for him and his trusty partner, John Watson. The books, films, video games and even the current sting of television series.

Sir Arthur Conan Doyle created something so unique, that it’s lasted from 1887 until modern day and has no signs of slowing down anytime soon. What else can you say that about, except maybe the chickenpox?

It’s elementary, my fellow Sherlockians.

125 – Billboard Top 10 1984 vs 2016

It’s that time of year again. The time when the guys get together and prove that good music still exists, after you turn 40! Even if it’s a triple helping of Ham-Bieber Helper.

With Billboard’s top 10 as our guide, we travese the musical pathways of 1984 and 2016. We also find out EXACTLY how much Josh hates one of the biggest songs on the countdown and we soon find a house divided.

Music is a window into the soul of the artist. However, some of the windows we peaked into, had no one home. Find out who, right now! Or wait until next year, when we do this all over again.

Are you a Belieber yet?

113 – Hockey Movies

Name one thing that Paul Newman and Sean William Scott have in common? They both love salsa…. and being in hockey movies! That’s right! This week it’s all about the at of the hatrick, butt-ending, Puck Bunnies and hosers as we take on the classic comedy ‘Slap Shot’ and the recent cult classic ‘Goon’.

After an entire month of horror and things that go bump in the night, it was time to lighten the mood and talk about things that go bump in the day time! Even if you’re not a fan of the Canadian dominated sport, you’ll still find something to love in this episode. It’s gonna be a shoot out and somebody’s going to loose some teeth! Probably Joel.

So get your boots on, straighten your hat, and tune up your steel guitar, it’s time for the Country Music Show!
